Before arrival, you will receive an email with information on how to download the app where you check in. If you have not paid for your accommodation, you can pay through the app.
How does it work?
Instead of visiting a check-in desk, you can now both check in and get your key directly on your mobile. Simple, flexible and guaranteed to be free of queues! Before arrival, you will receive an email with information on how to check in and access your digital key*.
The app is downloaded in the App Store or Google Play.
A few days before your stay, you will receive an email from us with a link to our online check-in. Follow the link, fill in the details, check in and download the AeroGuest app to your mobile phone. As soon as your room is ready on the day of arrival, you will find your digital key in the app.
Check in with your mobile phone
Your accommodation has to be paid for before yiu can check in via AeroGuest. You can pay by card via the payment link from your booking confirmation, but you can also pay directly in the app. Check in quickly and easily on your phone before your arrival. As soon as your room is ready, your digital key will appear in the app.
Digital key
You do not need to pick up a physical room key at reception. Instead, you get a digital key in your mobile phone that opens both the door to your room and any barrier to the parking lot. You can also share a key if there are more of you sharing a room. When it’s time to travel home, you check out quickly and easily via the mobile app.
