You can book our accommodation online or by phone. If you book online you’ll pay immediately, which will save you queueing when you arrive. To book and stay with us you must be over 18 or be accompanied by an adult. You must be able to give correct details of your identity and address, providing documentary evidence where appropriate. Make sure you read through the booking confirmation and information carefully in order to avoid any misunderstandings. You are responsible for complying with the rules and regulations and instructions which apply to the accommodation you have booked. Pets are only permitted in specific cabins which allow pets.
Cancellation and changes
You can cancel and make changes to your booking free of charge up to 4 weeks before you arrive. After that, you will be charged a percentage of the value of your booking.
Less than 4 weeks before arrival = 25% charge
Less than 1 day before arrival = 100% charge
If you have a legitimate reason for cancelling your booking, e.g. in the event of serious illness as proven by a doctor’s certificate or a certificate from an authority or insurance company, for example, you will not be charged.
Checking in and registration
You can check in as soon as the receptions open. Hotel and motel guests can check in at the hotel reception. Cabin and camping guests should check in at the reception at the entrance on the Falkenberg road (Road 154).
Guests staying in one of our cabins or apartments or at the Hotel or Motel can access their cabin/room from 3pm onwards, but you are welcome to check in earlier and then shop at your leisure until you can access your accommodation.
If you plan to stay with us but are not a Swedish citizen, you will be asked to complete a registration card and hand it in to Reception. It’s a good idea to complete the card in advance to speed up the check-in process.
Checking out
Guests in a cabin or apartment in Gekås Village must check out using the fast checkout box or at the Reception on Falkenbergsvägen 21 by 11am on the day of departure at the latest. Hotel or Motel guests must check out at the Hotel reception by 11am on the day of departure at the latest. Campsite guests must check out using the fast checkout box by 3pm on the day of departure at the latest.
Bookings – opening hours
We are open for bookings on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm.
At other times, calls will be answered by receptionists or night staff.
