Right to complain

In order for you to advertise a product, the defect on the product must be available from the beginning and you must not have caused the error yourself. For as quick and good handling as possible, please contact us as soon as you discovered the error with the product.

Right to complain over a three-year period
If you want to make a complaint about a product you have the right to do so over a three-year period. It is up to you as the customer to prove that the problem has been caused by a manufacturing defect.

Postal claims

Return the item to us with the original receipt or a copy of it. If you make a claim, we will reimburse your postage costs subsequently, if you send us a receipt for the costs involved. Reimbursement may take the form of a credit note or payment to a specified account.

Don’t forget to include the sort code, account number and your telephone number or email address.
